Alinity was included in a lawsuit filed against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch viewer who is from California submitted a civil complaint seeking $25 million in damages from Twitch in connection with the exposure to "overly sexually suggestive content from various female streamers" while using the site. Based on court documents discovered from Dexerto the plaintiff who was previously sued by Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, submitted his formal complaint in court on June 15, seeking a lawsuit. Twitch itself was served with an official summons on June 19. Estavillo was, in accordance with the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint the suit, has a myriad of medical ailments that make him to rely on the Internet for his entertainment. He is also suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD) and an addiction to drugs and alcohol. As per the suit, Twitch makes these issues much worse. The complaint then outlined a number of female Twitch streamers and stated that they "continue the exposure of viewers to sexy and addictive material on a frequent and constant daily basis." Alinity is not listed. The complaint asks for all streamers mentioned above to be removed permanently from Twitch to be convicted of violating the terms of service. Additionally, it wants to pay to receive $25 million in damages, to "be split evenly between the plaintiff and other Twitch Turbo Subscribers and any funds left." Alinity Alinity Alinity
